The diagnostics module provides comprehensive records of reagents and consumables used in laboratory tests. It manages data on manufacturers, types, boxes, and plates, as well as the associated inventory and usage processes. The system automatically tracks the status, availability, and consumption of supplies, ensuring continuous availability during the testing process.
Sample testing module
The sample testing module plays a central role in conducting ELISA-based tests. It allows tests to be created for different animal species and diseases, tests to be run through automated systems, and results to be evaluated and exported. Sample history, logging, archiving
Sampletrack provides comprehensive data logging of all user activities and data changes. The system automatically collects audit trail data, which is made available in a filterable, exportable format. The archiving of unused samples and data is partially automated and customizable, while old information remains retrievable. Dedicated logging and error tracking tools are also available for operators. The system automatically creates backups that can be stored locally or in the cloud.
Authentication module
User management in the Sampletrack system is flexible and secure. Permission management allows for the precise configuration of different roles and access levels. Registrations, logins, and permission changes can be easily managed through the administration interface.
