Storage module
The storage module enables the physical structure of the biobank (sites, rooms, refrigerators, racks) to be mapped and managed using software. The interactive 2D view and tabular interface ensure the creation, editing, and display of storage units in a synchronized manner. Sample module
The sample module provides comprehensive digital management of samples, including their creation, editing, grouping, storage, and movement. It also supports sample storage management and customizable sample groups with individual fields. Precise record keeping ensures accurate sample identification and traceability.

Sensor module
The sensor module provides real-time environmental data collection and monitoring in storage rooms. The sensors and controllers can be configured and placed at desired locations, and their data is displayed to users in real time. The system automatically alerts users if it detects an anomaly and stores the data in a long-term, queryable format. All of this ensures that samples are stored under appropriate environmental conditions.

Sample history, logging, archiving
The system automatically logs all data changes and user activities, making it possible to fully trace the history of samples. With the archiving function, data that is no longer used can be stored securely but retrievably in a long-term data repository. Logged events can be filtered and displayed according to multiple criteria, facilitating transparent administration and auditing.

Scanner module
The scanner module supports fast and accurate identification of samples and containers. The rack scanners integrated into the system are capable of communicating with client machines while maintaining a live connection to the server. They can be used to automate sample registration, issuance, inventory, and reordering, thereby reducing the possibility of human error and increasing process efficiency.

Authentication module
The authentication and authorization module offers secure access and customizable user roles. The three-level authorization system allows different access levels to be assigned to different modules and data units. Users are managed via an administration panel, including registration and login processes. Authorization enforcement is provided in all application functions.
